General Provisions

These terms and conditions cover all sales of products and services by Exosomics S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as to Exs), Strada del Petriccio e Belriguardo 35, 53100 Siena, Italia – info@exosomics.eu

Applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time the Purchase Order is sent. 

Products & Use

In no event shall Exs be liable if a customer uses a product that does not fit with the intended application.

It is customer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable health, safety and other regulations and to take appropriate steps in relation to the storage, handling, sale and use of the products.

Prices

All prices in are expressed in Euro currency and are exclusive of Value Added Tax.

Order

To place an order please send us an e-mail at orders@exosomics.eu . Before placing a Purchase Order please carefully consider the Terms and Conditions of Sales. By placing an order, you expressly agree to the TCS.

Ownership of products is considered transferred to the customer when the goods are actually handed over to the carrier for the shipment.

Products Delivery

Upon shipment of the products the customer will receive a Notification e-mail with the Tracking number to monitor the shipment status at all times. Shipment costs are charged to the customer and added to the relevant invoice. Import duties and taxes are payable by the customers.

Customers shall control the conditions of the products upon delivery. Particularly, customers should check that the packaging is whole and not damaged (packing tape, clips etc.) and the consistency of number of items ordered and received. We invite the customers to always TENTATIVELY ACCEPT the parcels delivered by carriers, when is not possible to examine the contents.

Claims for products quality or damages during transportation and delivery shall be made within 8 working days of delivery, indicating the invoice or waybill number/reference.

Exs will reply to claims within maximum 10 days from notification.

Governing Law

These terms & conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the provision and sale of products and services, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of Italy.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the contract or its subject matter or formation.
